Children's Programs:
Grades K – 2:
Turner High School Band presents "Music & Maestros". Children will have
exposure to many different instruments and will get an "inside look" at
becoming part of a school music program (particularly band). They will
have the opportunity to create some instruments of their own to take home.
Grades 3 – 5:
Newman Smith High School Engineering Pathways Program presents "Rockets and
Robots". Students will build a rocket and go outside to see how high it
flies. Students will also create a small "bug" bot and learn how it works.
