The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Association for the Gifted and Talented (C-FB AGT) is an independent, voluntary organization of parents, educators and friends of the gifted.  The Association was established in 1979 and continues today as a parent resource and advocacy group committed to ensuring that all gifted and talented students in the district receive appropriate educational opportunities.

The 7th Annual Spring Symposium, held at the Technology Learning Center, was a great success once again. Dr. James K. Delisle, professor and researcher at Kent State University, middle school teacher, counselor and parent of gifted students, presented the keynote address.
